The Salem area is broken down into three targeted mail zones. We currently mail all zones together in one press event and we have 5 press events per year. This means each zone and every household in that zone (as highlighted on the distribution summary map) is mailed to 5 times a year (February / April / June / September / November).

We structure our mailing zones based on maximizing the number of homes closest to business districts and focus on Single Family Homes (over 85% of mailing). Our demographics show that our targeted mailed range of homes has median incomes of $50,000+. As a rule, we do not mail businesses or trailers and minimize the apartments mailed to. We make every effort to avoid mailing low income areas.

Our goal is to ensure your business advertisement is sent to as many homeowners as possible, who are living in neighborhoods near your business and who can afford to pay full price when they return without the coupon discount.
